Nikki Robinson holds both a DSc in Cybersecurity and a PhD in Human Factors. She is an STSM and Lead Security Architect at IBM, as well as a Professor of Practice at Capitol Technology University. She is also the Assistant Director for the Women in Cyber at Capitol Technology University. She is also the author of two books: Effective Vulnerability Management and Mind the Tech Gap - integrating human factors into cybersecurity and vulnerability management practices. She has over a 15 year career in IT and cybersecurity operations, with specializations across multi-cloud architecture, incident response, and more. She also holds multiple industry certifications, including CISSP, CCSP, CEH, CNDA, and multiple Microsoft certifications.
