Andrew Kagan is the CTO at Planet Technologies. In this role, Andrew guides the company’s Strategic IT Planning and Enterprise Architecture efforts; identifies and investigates important new technologies and brings them into the company’s strategic decision-making process. Before joining Planet Technologies in 2007, Andrew was employed by NCI Information Systems, providing Program Management support at the United States Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration. Prior to that Andrew served as a Senior IT Manager and Consultant at W3Net LLC, Lockheed Martin, ACS Government Solutions Group, Titan Corporation, and MCI Telecommunications.
